This exclusive event brings together three families whose legacies have helped shape Australia’s wine, hospitality, and cultural heritage. At the heart of the evening is Yalumba, Australia’s oldest family-owned winery, with Louisa Rose—Winemaker, Head of Sustainability, and Global Brand Ambassador—personally presenting a handpicked selection of wines. Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with a bespoke seasonal menu crafted by Executive Chef Nick McGonigal. Known for his refined, produce-driven style, Chef McGonigal draws on European culinary traditions while heroing the best of Victorian regional produce.
Guests can expect a multi-course dining experience that is elegant, expressive, and deeply rooted in place—featuring sustainably sourced ingredients and dishes designed to enhance and echo the character of the wines.
